We’ve also included guidelines for returns, exchanges, and what to do if your package is delayed or damaged during shipping.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time:
    • Once you place an order with us, our team works swiftly to prepare your order for shipment. Typically, this process takes about 1-2 business days, depending on order volume and any special circumstances (such as holidays or product availability).
    • You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is successfully placed. This email will include a summary of your order, including the items purchased and the total amount paid.
  • Shipment Notification:
    • After your order has been packed and handed over to our shipping partners, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. This number allows you to monitor the status and location of your package directly on the courier company’s website.

Shipping Methods & Costs (Within India)

We offer several shipping options to suit different delivery needs:

  • Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days):
    • Our standard shipping service ensures that your puzzles are delivered within an estimated 3-5 business daysfrom the date they are dispatched.
    • Standard shipping is free for orders above ₹500. For orders below ₹500, a flat rate of ₹75 applies.
  • Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days):
    • If you need your puzzles delivered faster, you can choose our express shipping option, which delivers orders within 1-2 business days after shipment.
    • Express shipping is available at a flat rate of ₹150, regardless of the order amount.

Please note:

  • Shipping timelines are based on working business days and may be impacted by factors beyond our control, such as public holidays, bad weather, or delays with the courier service.
  • Currently, we only provide shipping services within India. If you’re outside of India and interested in ordering our puzzles, please reach out to us at info@rapturousjigsaw.com for international shipping options.

Tracking Your Order

We understand that knowing the status of your order is important. Here’s how you can track it:

  • After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number.
  • You can use this number to follow the progress of your delivery by visiting the website of the courier service handling your package.
  • Tracking your package will show you real-time updates, including when the item is out for delivery and when it’s expected to arrive at your doorstep.

Returns & Exchanges

At Rapturous Jigsaw, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your puzzles for any reason, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchange policy.

  • Returns are typically accepted within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the puzzle is unused and in its original packaging. For exchanges, we’ll work with you to either replace the item or offer an alternative puzzle of your choice.
  • Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or defective.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging your puzzles to ensure they arrive safely. However, in rare instances where your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly:

  • Damaged Shipments:

    • If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, we ask that you contact us immediately at info@rapturousjigsaw.com. Be sure to include photos of the damage and a description of the issue. Our customer support team will assess the situation and work with you to either replace the damaged items or provide a refund.
  • Lost Shipments:

    • While we strive for timely and secure delivery, once the package has been handed over to the courier, delays or issues beyond our control can occur. If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at info@rapturousjigsaw.com or call us at the number provided below. We will liaise with the courier service on your behalf to locate your package and provide updates.

Please note that Rapturous Jigsaw is not responsible for delivery delays or lost packages caused by the courier company. However, we are committed to assisting you in resolving any issues as quickly as possible.
