Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

At Rapturous Jigsaw, we strive to maintain a customer-friendly return policy while ensuring the integrity of our products. We kindly ask that you carefully review the following eligibility criteria before initiating a return:

  1. Unopened and Uncompleted Puzzles:

    • You may return any puzzle that remains unopened and unused within 30 days of receiving your order.
    • The puzzle must be in its original packaging, sealed, and in the same condition in which it was delivered.
    • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  2. Opened Puzzles:

    • Opened puzzles can only be returned for a refund if they meet one of the following conditions:
      • Incomplete: Pieces are missing, either due to a manufacturing defect or loss during shipping.
      • Defective: Puzzle pieces or packaging are damaged upon receipt, rendering the puzzle unusable.
    • We kindly request that you provide photo evidence of the missing or damaged pieces to assist our customer service team in verifying the issue.
  3. Completed or Partially Completed Puzzles:

    • We cannot accept returns for puzzles that have been fully or partially completed.
    • The act of assembling the puzzle is considered usage, and the puzzle’s value diminishes once pieces have been interlocked.
    • We also reserve the right to reject returns for puzzles that show signs of excessive wear, such as tears, bends, or significant damage that goes beyond reasonable inspection.
